Refund policy

Unfortunately, Josephine's Little Shop does not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases or for incorrect choices due to failure to read detailed product descriptions. We provide information needed to make an informed decision as to whether the product being sold is suited to your needs.  We cannot stress this enough!

Due to health and safety we cannot offer returns on our earrings so if you unsatisfied beyond doubt - we will do our best to offer a refund or store credit (conditions depending)

If earrings are damaged in transit- Josephine's Little Shop does not hold any responsibility as great care is taken to package your products carefully. A claim will be required to be submitted to Australia Post by yourself.

Please note, it is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the correct colour/size/length combination is chosen, within each product listing. We WILL NOT be held responsible for incorrect choices due to sizing/weight of earrings on arrival.

Upon checkout, you are required to accept all information associated with making a sale at Josephine's Little Shop. It is YOUR decision as a customer to fulfill an order with Josephine's Little Shop.
